Name: Amalric
Class: Warrior
Spec: Fury (Prot off-spec)
Professions (Level): 450 Blacksmithing
Secondary (Level): 450 Mining
Previous Guilds: Unbroken Allegiance, then SKULLCRUSHERS
Reason for leaving your last guild: UA slowly died due to attrition (leaders left, guild slowly faded); personality and goals conflict with SKULLCRUSHERS (nice guys, but it's a small guild of 3-5 RL friends and it just wasn't what I had expected)
Reason for interest in Vita: Raided IC 25 with Erratus and a few others. He showed great leadership and organization (and good humour). At the end of the attempt, he said Vita Infinita was recruiting. I was impressed, and want to give it a go. Since then, I've been in a random with Thana.
Raid experience: Honestly, not much in terms of guild-only raiding. I've mostly PUG'd through WotLK, but am consistently high DPS, I know the fights, I bring consumables and hand 'em out (gave Erratus white smoke flares, for instance, for marking spore collapse points in IC 25 after a wipe or two), etc.
Available days/times: July and August will be completely open; no work conflicts. Until then (and after), Mondays and Wednesdays might be a problem as I work until 5pm server, typically. I play Burning Wheel most Sunday afternoons (10am - 2pm server). As I said, in three weeks, my schedule will be totally open.
If the raid leader expects consumables for certain fights, will you comply?: Damn right. I even have smoke flares! ;) I usually carry: 10 Flasks of Endless Rage, 10 Fort scrolls, 20 Fish Feasts, 20 Str Scroll VIII, etc etc. I come prepared and then some (in case others were rushed or run out). (I think I understood this question correctly.)

Looking forward to chatting with you folks. Have a good one!

Should I expect a response to this, or is lack of a response a sign that there's no need for hawtsauce, wicked-awesome Fury Warriors? ;)

In table-top gaming terms, D&D is to Burning Wheel what chimps are to human beings. ;)

IMHO, of course.

That is blasphemy and you shall be struck down by the Undead hand of Gary Gygax.

I just got sick of D&D's silliness. Lovin' the small-press RPGs these days.

I'll be on Amalric later this week. Work's a killer right now so lots of late nights and little gaming time until Thursday.
